Leases for our West End properties run July 1 to June 30th of each year, and our Polo Cottages properties run August 1 to July 31st of each year. However, some students are relocating for job opportunities soon after graduation, and we sometimes have properties available as early as late May.

This is actually a tiny, tiny (yes, redundantly tiny) cottage on a large private lot in Ardmore midway between Baptist and Forsyth Hospitals on a quiet street. Think of it like a BMW Z-3: VERY small but VERY classy. It is only a one room studio style (no separate room for bedroom) cottage, but has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, an efficiency style kitchen which includes dishwasher, an upscale bathroom with a designer pedestal lavatory, ceramic tile floor and cast iron tub with ceramic tile shower surround. There is literally only room for a bed and small sofa or “easy chair” and a desk, so it VERY small, but is VERY nice and VERY private and priced very reasonably for a stand-alone cottage on a large private lot in a great neighborhood. Washer/dryer is already in place and is included in the rent. Lawn maintenance is included in the monthly rent of $445, as is all other maintenance. Storage building included for bikes, etc.. What I always tell people is that living in this cottage is a lot like living on a sailboat…. very small, but also very high class… so combining my two analogies, this cottage is like a BMW-Z3 that floats and has a sail. So much for puns… if you have minimal furniture and like peace and quiet and to “get away from it all” this is a great place, but if you have more furniture than just your bed and a couple of other pieces of furniture it will not be big enough for you since it is “studio style” with just one room with a small walk-in closet and a bathroom.
